Visualizing Growth: A Case Study on the Inventive Design Lab Trifold Brochure
In the corporate world, a brochure acts as a physical touchpoint that builds trust and credibility. For Inventive Design Lab, the challenge was to create a trifold layout that communicates their core promise: "We will grow your business." The resulting design is a marriage of modern aesthetics and functional communication.



1. Conceptual Framework & Layout
The design follows a "Clean & Modern" philosophy. I moved away from sharp, rigid rectangles and instead utilized organic, rounded "leaf-shaped" frames for the imagery. This subtle design choice makes the brand feel more approachable and fluid, while the bold typography maintains a sense of authority.
2. Dual-Color Strategy: Versatility in Branding
One of the key highlights of this project is the exploration of two distinct color palettes:
The Green Variant: Designed for companies focusing on sustainability, fresh ideas, and rapid growth. Green is psychologically associated with health and stability.
The Orange & Navy Variant: Targeted towards premium consulting or tech-oriented agencies. The high contrast between the energetic orange and the authoritative navy blue creates a high-end "Big Agency" vibe.
3. Information Architecture (The 6-Panel Journey)
A trifold brochure must tell a story across its six panels. I organized the content as follows:
Front Cover: A high-impact headline and hero image to grab attention.
Inside Left/Center: Dedicated to "Our Services" and "Creative Mission," using minimalist icons for easy scan ability.
Inside Right: A deeper dive into company values and "Better for Your" service tags.
Back Panel: Reserved for contact details, a location map, and a QR Code, effectively bridging the gap between print and the digital web.
4. Strategic Typography
The primary headline, "WE WILL GROW YOUR BUSINESS," uses a bold sans-serif font for maximum legibility. By using different weights and sizes, I created a clear visual hierarchy, ensuring the reader captures the most important message even at a quick glance.
5. Technical Excellence & Print Readiness
Software Suite: Adobe Illustrator for vector precision and Adobe Photoshop for realistic mockup rendering.
Production Standards: Designed in CMYK color mode with 300 DPI resolution and proper bleed margins, ensuring a flawless professional finish when printed.
